Terms of Service — O2 Concierge LLC

Welcome to O2 Concierge LLC.
By booking a service, visiting our website, or engaging with our team, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Please read them carefully before using our services.


1. Nature of Services

O2 Concierge LLC provides premium, EMT-supervised non-emergency transport and lifestyle concierge services.
Our staff are certified EMTs trained to monitor basic vitals, assist safely, and ensure client comfort during travel.

We do not provide emergency ambulance services, diagnosis, or advanced medical care.
If an emergency occurs during service, O2 staff will call 911 immediately.


2. Scheduling and Booking

All bookings must be scheduled in advance through our website, by phone, or via partner facilities.
Each appointment block reserves a specific time window and vehicle.

  • Services are confirmed only after client onboarding forms are completed and payment is received.

  • Scheduling is subject to availability.

  • Returning clients may skip onboarding once verified.


3. Payment Policy

Payment is due before service unless otherwise arranged.
We accept credit/debit card payments processed securely through Shopify Payments or Stripe.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 48+ hours before appointment → 50% credit toward future booking.

  • 24–48 hours before → 25% credit toward future booking

  • Less than 24 hours or no-show → Full charge

Overtime Policy:
Each block covers up to 3 hours of service.
Time beyond that is billed at $100 per hour (or as listed in your package).
Additional stops or delays caused by the client may incur overtime fees.


4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information on onboarding forms

  • Notify staff of any medical conditions or mobility needs that could affect transport

  • Remain cooperative and follow staff instructions during service for safety reasons

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who presents a safety, medical, or behavioral risk to staff or other clients.


5. Health and Safety

O2 Concierge is designed for individuals who require assistance and professional supervision but do not need emergency medical transport.

Our EMT-certified staff may perform non-invasive monitoring (blood pressure, pulse, SpO₂) strictly for client safety.
We are not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions or events outside the scope of basic EMT care.


6. Liability and Release

By booking a service, you agree to the following:

  • You understand O2 Concierge is not an ambulance or emergency response provider.

  • You release O2 Concierge LLC, its staff, contractors, and affiliates from liability for any loss, injury, or delay that arises during transport except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  • You authorize O2 Concierge staff to take reasonable actions, including calling 911, if your condition changes during service.


7. Privacy and Confidentiality

All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We protect client data through secure, encrypted systems and do not share information without consent.
While not a covered entity under HIPAA, we follow HIPAA-level confidentiality standards.


8. Use of Website and Digital Services

When using our website or booking system:

  • You agree not to submit false information or interfere with the functionality of the site.

  • All images, text, and branding on this website are the property of O2 Concierge LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.


9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically.
Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
