Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly does O2 Concierge do?

O2 Concierge provides appointment-based, non-emergency transportation and hands-on assistance for individuals who need more support than standard rideshare services offer.

Our services are designed to support recovery, ongoing medical appointments, daily living needs, and planned outings — all within a structured, scheduled system.

Do We accecpt insurance?

O2 Concierge operates as a private, self-pay service and does not bill insurance directly.

Some clients choose to submit receipts to their insurance provider or care coordinator independently, depending on their plan. We recommend checking with your provider for reimbursement eligibility.

How does O2 handle emergencies?

O2 Concierge is a non-emergency service and does not replace 911 or emergency medical services.

If an emergency arises during an appointment, our EMT-certified staff will activate local emergency services immediately and remain with the client until care is transferred.

What are the boundaries of assistance?

O2 Concierge staff provide transportation assistance, mobility support, and general presence during appointments and outings.

Services do not include medical treatment, invasive procedures, or clinical care of any kind.

The scope of assistance is discussed during booking to ensure expectations are clear and appropriate.

Can there be multiple stops during an appointment?

Multiple stops may be accommodated within a reserved appointment block when planned in advance.

The number of stops and locations should be shared during booking so adequate time can be reserved. Additional time may be billed if the appointment exceeds the scheduled block.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with advance notice.

Because time blocks are reserved exclusively, late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Full details are provided during booking confirmation.

Can family members or caregivers ride along?

Up to three adult accompanying family member or caregivers may ride along when space allows and arrangements are made in advance.

Additional passengers should be discussed prior to booking to ensure proper accommodations.

What type of vehicles are used?

O2 Concierge uses clean, late-model SUVs selected for comfort, privacy, and reliability.

Vehicles are climate-controlled and maintained to professional standards suitable for extended appointments and recovery-related transport.

Will my family receive updates?

With client consent, O2 Concierge can provide status updates to designated family members before, during, or after an appointment.

Communication preferences are collected during booking to respect privacy and individual needs.

What if my situation doesn’t fit a specific service?

If your situation doesn’t fit neatly into a listed category, the O2 Concierge Flex option allows for customized or combined services.

We recommend selecting the closest category and adding notes during booking so our team can prepare accordingly.

Are vitals monitored?

When appropriate and agreed upon in advance, O2 Concierge staff may observe basic wellness indicators as part of overall situational awareness.

This is not medical treatment and does not replace clinical care or emergency services.

How is O2 Concierge different from an ambulance?

O2 Concierge is a non-emergency, appointment-based service designed for situations where emergency response is not required.

Ambulances are intended for urgent, life-threatening situations. O2 Concierge is designed for planned transport and support when safety, coordination, and professionalism are needed — without activating emergency services.
